Hip Hop HIIT
Where hip hop swagger meets serious sweat. Hip Hop HIIT combines high-intensity intervals with dance-inspired moves set to hard-hitting beats. You’ll squat, jump, groove, and push your limits — all while vibing to hip hop anthems that keep your energy high and your motivation higher.
Pop Cardio
Turn up the nostalgia and sweat it out to your favourite pop hits from the 90s, 2000s, and beyond! Pop Cardio is a high-energy dance fitness class designed to get your heart pumping and your mood soaring. Expect upbeat choreography, playful throwback moves, and optional light weights to level up your burn
Zumba®
This class combines aerobic dance with Latin and international music. A cardiovascular workout that tones the body, improves flexibility, and boosts energy levels
Throw Down®
If you're looking for a true high-cardio dance fitness format, this is the class for you. Throw Down features choreographed routines with an emphasis on hip-hop throwbacks and top hits. The newest routine is the only routine broken down before jumping into a cardio-packed playlist.
